Job summary

Waniwani is seeking a senior role to bridge signed deals and live deployments across Europe and the US. You will lead technical discovery, design MCP end-to-end architectures, and drive procurement and security processes with a freelancer network supporting deployments.

You’ll craft reusable templates and patterns to scale delivery across clients while engaging with enterprise clients and founders. This remote-first position requires travel roughly monthly within Europe and occasional US travel.

Qualifications

• Technically credible: able to read code, reason about integrations and the MCP/agent stack.
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with enterprise clients.
• Capable of driving security questionnaires and procurement processes to completion.
• Experience in or near regulated industries (finance, insurance) and data residency requirements.
• Able to work in ambiguity across sales, ops, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops, discovery, and requirements (35%).
• Design end-to-end MCP flow and integration architecture, with hosted vs on-prem options (35%).
• Oversee procurement, security, and delivery oversight using existing compliance library (SOC 2, DPAs).
• Build reusable kits: scoping templates, architecture patterns, and a procurement Q&A library.
