Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect for the East Coast/Central region. Working with the Enterprise AE, you will define and direct the technical strategy for our largest accounts, driving adoption of ML & AI.

You will leverage value selling, technical leadership, and collaboration with hands-on resources to build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks' products. Travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Experience leading virtual teams to success within large accounts.
• Experience with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Present a convincing point-of-view to senior decision-makers.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
• Gain the respect of peers through experience and contributions.
