Fleetrock, a rapidly growing fleet maintenance software company, seeks a Sales Development Specialist in Quakertown, PA to generate qualified opportunities across North America. You will spearhead modern prospecting, build relationships with fleet managers, and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.

You’ll master CRM tools, engagement strategies, and a fast-paced sales environment while contributing directly to Fleetrock's growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Inside sales or business development experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and CRM experience are important.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Follow up on campaigns, inbound inquiries, webinars, and prospect activity.
• Build relationships with fleet managers and decision makers.
• Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Execute follow-up strategies to advance opportunities.
