Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Partner Director to join our Professional Services sales team within Technology, Media and Telecommunications. You will own strategic, enterprise-level deals, influence across sales and delivery, and partner with license sales to drive value for fast-moving customers.

The role emphasizes deep client relationships, executive storytelling, and working across global procurement to optimize pricing and deal strategy.

Qualifications

8+ years in a consulting landscape.
5+ years in a quota-carrying selling role for Professional Services.
Experience driving strategic motions: value propositions, execution planning, teaming, outcomes-based engagements.
6+ years as a book-of-business owner or leader.
Experience in consulting services space with SI or product organization.
Experience delivering strategic initiatives for firm-based or product models.
Ability to create assets from scratch including marketing, sales and strategy solutions.
Ability to engage with C-Suite during strategy cycles, including workshops.
Experience working with global procurement leads to negotiate pricing and deal strategy.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-level strategy for Ambitious customers.
Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments.
Develop repeatable motions within a micro-vertical.
Coordinate with delivery team on margins, staffing, approach and Salesforce methodology.
Serve as SME and liaison to license sales teams.
Ensure alignment with internal teams and the customer.
