Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead vision, design, and evolution of our ServiceNow platform in Dallas. This role serves as the technical authority, driving platform strategy, governance, automation, and enterprise-wide workflow transformation.

You will collaborate with IT, HR, Operations and business partners to deliver scalable, secure solutions and mentor ServiceNow resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Led enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and ServiceNow suites.
• Experience with Flow Designer, APIs, CMDB, and IAM.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap and platform strategy.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
• Expand ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Drive workflow automation and digital transformation.
• Establish governance standards and design patterns.
• Partner with leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
