Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living. You will own large multi-location deals—from initial meetings with ownership to signed contracts—through a 3–12 month cycle. You’ll close with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders, driving expansion across locations and services.

This remote role targets USA or Canada markets, with no direct reports. A strong track record of $1M+ annual closures on enterprise accounts is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or marketing/agency services to similar buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers; high-volume, single-location/sale backgrounds are not a fit.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
