Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a National Security Manager to lead enterprise account oversight for a major pharmaceutical client. The role builds executive relationships, coordinates with branch offices, and travels up to 75% as required to drive service excellence and contract performance.

You will oversee KPIs, security protocols, and financial targets while collaborating with sales, marketing, and field leadership on renewals and new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of management in a high-workforce environment or service industry.
• 2+ years of account management experience driving customer solutions.
• 2+ years of experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen.
• Leadership skills enabling teamwork, agility and client relations.
• Ability to collaborate across branches and support departments to support client satisfaction.
• Proficient in web-based apps and BI tools used for metrics analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal's branch teams to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
• Travel domestically and internationally 35%–75% as needed, and prepare client reviews with PowerPoint.
• Analyze KPIs using BI platform, mitigate security risks, and manage operational efficiency.
• Manage P&L and drive revenue growth with budget allocation, renewals, and cost control.
