Allied Universal is hiring an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to support one of the largest telecommunications and broadband connectivity clients in the US. The role requires building strong relationships with client executives and coordinating with branch offices and corporate support to drive service excellence.

The position demands travel and on-site presence: 4 days at the client corporate office in St. Louis, MO and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with 3+ years in management in a high-workforce environment
• 2+ years of account management experience driving customer solutions
• 2+ years of experience driving operational and financial metrics with strong financial acumen
• Ability to collaborate across branches and support departments to satisfy clients

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal’s branch teams
• Travel domestically 35%–75% based on client needs
• Prepare presentations and facilitate quarterly/annual business reviews
• Analyze KPIs using BI platform to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Manage P&L and drive revenue growth, profitability, and cash collections
