Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager to support a major telecom and broadband client. The role builds relationships with client executives and coordinates with branch offices to ensure service delivery across multiple states.

The position requires extensive travel (35–75%), primarily onsite at client offices with some remote work, and requires strong leadership to drive operational excellence and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with several years of management experience.
• Associate’s degree with multiple years of management experience in a high-volume environment.
• High school diploma plus extensive management experience in a high-volume workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise client relationships and ensure service delivery across branches.
• Travel domestically 35–75% as required by client needs and company timing.
• Analyze metrics and drive improvements using the BI platform and reporting tools.
