Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own sales activity across New York and New Jersey, expanding the channel, strengthening enterprise relationships, and delivering year-on-year revenue growth.

You will manage day-to-day territory activities, develop strategic plans, and partner with internal teams to provide tailored security solutions. Based in NY or NJ, you’ll build relationships with end users, influencers, and channel partners to drive sustainable business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security industry sales.
• Enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing territory-based sales activity.
• Strong network in NY/NJ region.
• Experience working with channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activity across the New York and New Jersey territory.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive growth.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new enterprise opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, partners, and stakeholders.
• Expand channel networks and strengthen partner engagement.
• Drive revenue growth year-on-year across new and existing accounts.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs, RFQs, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across sales processes.
