Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across key markets, identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while building strong relationships with enterprise end users, consultants, partners, and industry influencers.

As a key member of the Security team, you will lead opportunities from initial engagement through to successful close while delivering innovative security solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the technology, security, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing complex sales opportunities.
• Experience building relationships with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Solution-selling capability with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across key markets and identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Build pipeline and deliver sustainable growth by developing strategic customer relationships.
• Lead opportunities with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists from engagement to close.
