Job summary

Colovore is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline by qualifying inbound inquiries and performing outbound prospecting. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to convert interest into qualified opportunities and support CRM data management and sales operations tasks.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional aiming to grow in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial operations within a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in sales operations or coordination roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com, Hubspot) preferred.
• Experience working with data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to build pipeline.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and account executives.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on ABM and outreach campaigns.
• Track metrics and contribute to pipeline growth through activity.
