Ashby, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader in North America to scale our Enterprise AE team across Mountain, Pacific, Central. You will own revenue outcomes for the segment, hire and coach top performers, and drive multi-product, complex deals.

This remote-first role reports to the Head of AMER Sales and offers competitive compensation including base, commission, and equity, plus unlimited PTO and a strong focus on career growth.

Formación

• Experience leading SaaS Enterprise Account Executives.
• Track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
• Ability to hire, onboard and coach high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own segment revenue outcomes and maximize win rates on large opportunities.
• Build and scale the Enterprise AE team across NA.
• Align Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Professional Services to create a sales flywheel.
