ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead Moveworks Solution Sales Executives in Enterprise Manufacturing. You will shape territory strategy, engage with CIOs/CEOs, and drive rapid new business growth while aligning with Sales Operations to optimize the Go-To-Market approach.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing team, manage forecasts and pipelines, and strive to exceed annual quotas in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into business processes and workflows.
• Proven track record in new business sales with executive-level presentations and negotiations.
• Strong experience recruiting, coaching and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet quotas.
• Ability to build long-term senior-level business relationships.
