Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a LATIS Sales Lead for Auto, Financial Services & Travel/Hospitality to own the enterprise outbound motion and map complex buying committees. This hunter role requires building your own target-account list and co-selling with category and agency teams when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise hunter sales experience selling data platforms or SaaS solutions to Fortune 500 brands.
• Proven track record closing 7-figure deals with multi-year expansions.
• Ability to map buying committees across marketing, CRM, data analytics, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target-account lists across Auto, Financial Services, and Travel.
• Map buying committees and lead executive conversations.
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate with Solutions Engineering for PoCs.
• Own end-to-end sales momentum from qualification to close.
• Collaborate with Category Sales and agency/national sellers as needed.
