Job summary

Paychex is seeking an enterprise sales professional to drive new logo acquisitions across defined territories. You will hunt, build pipelines, and close complex B2B deals with 100+ employees, working within a structured sales environment and with a broad portfolio of HR, payroll and benefits solutions.

You’ll engage economic buyers at the C-level, manage full-cycle sales, and partner with engineers and RevOps to optimize deals. A competitive commission plan rewards performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value bundles across the One Paychex portfolio and accelerators.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel ecosystem to support deals.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
