Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to hunt and close net-new business across defined territories, working with organizations from 100 to 5,000+ employees on the One Paychex portfolio.

You will run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demos, and closing, engage C-level buyers, build strategic bundles, and partner with a wide ecosystem to maximize deal value and accelerator opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.
• Strong ownership and accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories (100–5,000+ employees).
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demos, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio (PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits).
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and an extensive broker network in a team-selling environment.
• Own your pipeline with rigorous forecasting and deal control through close.
