Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to accelerate growth within the Paycor ecosystem, selling the One Paychex portfolio to large organizations. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build high-value bundles, and drive multi-stakeholder engagements to close strategic deals.

You will engage with C-level buyers, manage a robust pipeline, and partner with engineers and RevOps to maximize win rates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• 3+ years selling in the HCM/HR tech space is preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories (100–5,000+ employees).
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build and bundle solutions across One Paychex Portfolio including PEO, HR, payroll, benefits and retirement.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a large channel ecosystem to accelerate deals.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control to close opportunities.
