Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for the Enterprise team to help large organizations reimagine safety and operational efficiency. You’ll apply technical expertise to shape deployments and influence product direction.

Remote role on the West Coast, with 50% travel and reporting to the Sr. Director, Engineering- Enterprise. You’ll lead strategic engagements with executives and technical leaders to secure technical wins and drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in complex Enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer challenges into scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
• Excellent executive-level communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own securing technical wins and influence purchasing decisions.
• Build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Identify high-value use cases and architect innovative solutions.
• Provide data-driven feedback to influence product roadmap and market fit.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Document and share best practices to raise team performance.
