Fortinet seeks a Named Enterprise, Sales Engineer to enable customer success and drive growth across the territory. You will act as the primary technical resource on calls, qualify leads from a technical perspective, and showcase Fortinet networking capabilities and security solutions.

This role requires strong networking knowledge, pre-sales experience, and the ability to travel to customer sites to deliver demonstrations and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
• 5-7 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols

Responsibilities

• Qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint and understand customer requirements
• Serve as the primary technical resource during sales calls, addressing inquiries and explaining features and integration possibilities
• Demonstrate proficiency in networking applications and Fortinet solutions and value proposition
• Post-sales: be the main technical contact, coordinate with support and engineering to resolve issues
• Provide post-sales training and ongoing assistance to customers
• Travel throughout the territory to support the business
