Job summary

Simplicity by Hayden Homes, partnered with New Home Star, is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead enterprise sales across the Pacific Northwest. This leader will drive companywide revenue, forecast integrity, and pricing governance while aligning with executive leadership.

Based onsite in Redmond, OR, the role oversees Regional Sales Managers, cross-functional collaboration, and customer experience, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• 10-12 years of real estate sales experience with at least 5 years of leadership across multiple regions with direct reports.
• On-your-lot builder experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive companywide sales results, forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets across multiple regions.
• Govern pricing and incentive strategies using data-driven analysis of buyer behavior and market conditions.
• Directly lead Regional Sales Managers across East and West territories and set performance standards.
• Partner with Construction, Operations, Marketing and Finance to align sales velocity with production timelines.
• Manage customer experience, contract quality, and escalations to protect brand integrity.
