Simplicity by Hayden Homes, partnered with New Home Star, is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead enterprise sales across the Pacific Northwest. You will guide Regional Sales Managers, set pricing strategies, and align sales with operations to drive sustainable growth and superior customer experience.

This role requires 10–12 years in real estate sales or new-home construction, 5+ years of leadership across multiple regions, and substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10–12 years of real estate sales or new home construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership across multiple regions.
• On-your-land / on-your-lot builder experience preferred.
• Approximately 50% travel across OR, WA, ID.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive companywide sales results, forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets across regions.
• Lead Regional Sales Managers and elevate frontline sales performance.
• Govern pricing, incentives, and market positioning using data-driven insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Construction, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
• Ensure CRM utilization, contract quality, and backlog accuracy.
