New Home Star in Redmond, OR seeks an accomplished Senior Sales Director to lead and scale enterprise sales within the Simplicity partnership with Hayden Homes. This executive role oversees companywide revenue, forecast integrity, pricing governance, and regional leadership across the Pacific Northwest.

Travel approximately 50% across OR, WA, and ID, building scalable sales systems, coaching Regional Sales Managers, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver predictable growth and strong

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of real estate sales or homebuilding experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-region sales teams with director-level reports.
• Build-on-your-land / on-your-lot builder experience strongly preferred.
• Ownership of forecasts, revenue targets, and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive companywide sales results, forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets across regions.
• Establish pipeline management and forecast accuracy standards for leadership.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action planning for performance gaps.
• Align sales commitments with operational capacity and financial objectives.
• Govern pricing and incentives using data-driven analysis of costs and competition.
• Lead Regional Sales Managers and elevate frontline sales teams through coaching.
• Partner with Construction, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align sales velocity with delivery.
