Job summary

Simplicity by Hayden Homes, partnered with New Home Star, seeks a Senior Sales Director to lead enterprise sales across the Pacific Northwest. You will guide Regional Sales Managers, own forecasts and pricing governance, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer experience is exceptional.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years in real estate sales or new home construction, with at least 5 years of multi-region leadership. On-site in Redmond, OR with ~50% travel across OR, WA, ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 10–12 years of real estate sales or new home construction experience.
• 5+ years of leadership across multiple regions with direct reports.
• On-your-land builder experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own companywide sales results, forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets across multiple regions.
• Lead Regional Sales Managers across East and West territories.
• Align sales commitments with operations, backlog health, and financial objectives.
• Develop pricing and incentive strategies using data-driven market insights.
• Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure sales velocity meets production timelines.
