Simplicity by Hayden Homes, partnered with New Home Star, seeks a Senior Sales Director to lead enterprise sales and regional growth across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. This role drives revenue, pricing governance, and leadership of Regional Sales Managers in a high-impact builder partnership.

The position requires 10–12 years in real estate sales with at least 5 years in leadership, on-your-lot builder experience preferred, and 50% regional travel. Must be onsite in Redmond, OR.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of real estate sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership across multi-region sales teams.
• On-your-lot builder experience strongly preferred.
• Forecasts, revenue targets, and pricing strategy ownership.
• Construction knowledge related to new home construction on customer owned land.

Responsibilities

• Own companywide sales results, forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets across multiple regions.
• Establish disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action planning when gaps occur.
• Govern pricing and incentives using data-driven analysis of market conditions.
• Directly lead and develop Regional Sales Managers across East and West territories.
• Partner cross-functionally to align sales velocity with production timelines.
