Simplicity by Hayden Homes, partnered with New Home Star, is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead enterprise sales across multiple regions. The role requires 10–12 years in real estate sales with at least 5 years leading teams and a strong track record in forecasting, pricing, and revenue growth.

Based in Bend, OR, the position emphasizes cross-functional alignment with Construction, Operations, Marketing, and Finance, plus coaching Regional Sales Managers and developing frontline advisors.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in real estate sales or new home construction
• 5+ years of leadership across multi-region teams with direct reports
• On-your-land builder experience preferred
• Forecasting, revenue targets and pricing strategy ownership

Responsibilities

• Own and drive companywide sales results, forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets across multiple regions
• Establish disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy standards
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Align sales with operational capacity, backlog health, and financial objectives
• Govern pricing and incentive strategies using data-driven analysis
• Identify regional growth opportunities and guide expansion strategy
• Maintain market awareness across OR, WA, and ID
• Directly lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers
• Partner with Construction, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align sales velocity with delivery capacity
• CRM readiness, contract quality, backlog accuracy, and compliance
• Readiness at construction handoff and protect customer experience
• Own customer escalations and complex negotiations
• Monitor survey feedback and take corrective action
• Protect brand integrity through disciplined contract execution
