Job summary

Juniper Networks is seeking an experienced Executive Communications Manager to support the SVP of Americas Enterprise Sales and leadership. The role focuses on internal and external communications, content creation for sales teams and external audiences, and thought leadership across social channels.

You’ll work with senior executives to craft messages, plan campaigns, and deliver engaging, high‑quality communications while managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in communications or related field required with 5+ years experience in internal and/or external communications.
• Exceptional writing, top-notch editing and excellent verbal communications skills.
• Ability to present well to senior leaders and collaborate effectively with their teams.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure.
• Experience creating GTM and executive communications content preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of Go-to-Market communications.
• Create, own and deliver quarterly internal comms plans across GTM.
• Drive strategic customer and internal communications.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase Juniper’s visibility.
• Monitor social channels and participate in discussions to boost thought leadership.
• Prepare talking points and PPTs for SVP speaking engagements.
• Produce content for GTM newsletters, emails, blogs, videos and Q&A.
