Job summary
Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd in San Francisco seeks a Resident Consultant to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Juniper Networks within large enterprise environments. You will translate customer requirements into scalable designs and guide adoption of Juniper solutions.
The role demands expert-level networking skills, deep Juniper product knowledge (MX/EX/QFX/SRX/Mist), EVPN-VXLAN, and strong collaboration with customers and executives to drive successful deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of design, implementation, and operation experience in large-scale IP networks.
- Extensive experience with Juniper MX, EX, QFX, SRX, and Mist products.
- EVPN-VXLAN campus and data center switching fabric experience.
- Strong knowledge of BGP and OSPF; experience deploying routing and switching solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Juniper products.
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to design architectures and proposals.
- Guide adoption of Juniper solutions and assist in deployment planning.
- Present architectures and designs to business and executive stakeholders.
