Job summary

HP Enterprise is seeking an Internal Communications Manager for HPE Networking to drive internal narratives and engage employees globally. You will partner with the team to implement and measure programs, manage Viva Engage channels, edit and write posts, and coordinate events across the Networking business.

You will support executive communications, quarterly planning, and cross-team initiatives, with a focus on outcomes and measurable impact in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism or marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to craft executive-level messaging.
• Experience supporting top executive leadership and cross-functional programs.
• Familiarity with Viva Engage and Teams Webinars and similar channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate internal communications programs for HP Enterprise Networking.
• Drive content for internal events, all-hands meetings, and executive communications.
• Manage internal channels, newsletters, and editorial calendars; write posts when needed.
• Collaborate across teams to plan quarterly business reviews and measure communications impact.
• Support annual and quarterly planning for Networking executive communications.
