Job summary

ViiV Healthcare, based in Durham, NC, seeks a Senior Manager to plan and deliver integrated US enterprise communications. This role advances business objectives, strengthens product narratives, and ensures consistent messaging across the US organization.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams, lead product and corporate campaigns, and manage external engagements to maintain a strong speaker bench while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree & 5+ years in a pharma product communications role
• Experience developing, implementing and measuring communications strategies and tactics supporting commercial objectives
• Experience with media relations and issues management

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated US enterprise communications strategies aligned with priorities and product lifecycles
• Partner with global, commercial, internal communications, digital, medical, legal and regulatory teams
• Lead development and execution of campaigns across earned, owned, paid and social channels
• Own paid media communications strategies and alignment with brand strategy
• Manage external expert and healthcare professional engagement and speaker bureau
• Lead communications for congresses, scientific milestones and external events
• Plan communications for corporate events, sponsorships and community engagements
• Provide counsel for cross-functional teams and enterprise projects
• Anticipate issues and coordinate compliant responses with stakeholders
• Oversee agencies and budgets to deliver high-quality plans
• Establish objectives and assess effectiveness to optimize programs
• Ensure communications comply with regulations and codes of conduct
