Job summary

Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to turn business priorities into strategic communications, programs, and experiences that inform and engage employees across a global organization.

You will own governance, content development, stakeholder engagement, and employee experience initiatives while leading a team to deliver impact and align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in communications, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience developing strategies and leading complex global initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executives on critical communications.
• Experience managing engagement programs, events, platforms, and vendors.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and drive strategy to execution.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing communications professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own internal communications strategy, planning, platforms, and governance to support objectives.
• Create messaging and content to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.
• Build relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
• Oversee employee engagement programs, events, and digital touchpoints; manage vendor relations.
• Lead and develop the team, promote collaboration, and drive priorities to completion.
