Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Corporate Safety Director to oversee safety across all US luxury hotel, casino, and real estate properties. You will build and manage enterprise-wide health and safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation while driving a strong safety culture.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead multi-site initiatives, coordinate with Risk Management, HR, Legal and Security, and guide a team of regional safety professionals to achieve KPIs and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, EHS, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CSP or related certifications highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee enterprise-wide safety programs across all properties.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA (29 CFR 1910/1926), Gaming Commission, and local/federal laws; conduct risk assessments.
• Partner with Risk Management, Claims, HR, Legal, and Security on workers' compensation and crisis management.
• Direct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Design and deliver tailored training for gaming, hospitality, and construction crews; oversee vendor safety.
• Oversee safety budgets, track KPIs, and manage a team of regional safety professionals.
