Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise-wide health and safety strategy across all locations.
• Establish long-term safety goals, KPIs, and leadership engagement.
• Lead initiatives to build a proactive safety culture across manufacturing, warehouse, and corporate sites.
• Serve as SME on occupational health and safety matters and present metrics to executives.
• Champion safety as a core organizational value and drive regulatory compliance.
