Job summary

ResponsAble Safety Staffing seeks an experienced Corporate Safety Director to lead our companywide safety strategy and culture across multiple industrial construction projects. This hands-on leadership role partners with operations to translate standards into daily execution and drives continuous improvement.

You will mentor safety professionals, develop training programs, ensure OSHA compliance, conduct investigations, and report to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Industrial construction and heavy maintenance experience.
• Proven incident investigation and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate safety strategy, annual improvement plans, goals, and KPIs.
• Lead safety training programs for craft professionals, supervisors, and managers.
• Conduct project site audits, inspections, and safety assessments across locations.
• Manage OSHA interactions, inspections, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements.
