Job summary

Keller Executive Search partners with a private services client to appoint a Director of Safety and Compliance. The leader will strengthen safety practices, regulatory compliance, and risk controls across multiple locations and frontline teams.

The role requires translating incidents into practical improvements, developing robust policies, procedures, and training, and collaborating with field leadership to embed consistent standards across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety, compliance, risk, or quality programs in a service-based setting.
• Strong ability to translate incidents into practical improvements.
• Experience in multi-site operations and frontline workforce environments.
• Proven track record managing client requirements, audits, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and compliance programs across client sites and service teams.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and standards.
• Review incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with field leadership to improve safety awareness and consistency.
• Support client audits and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Track compliance trends and provide regular senior leadership reports.
• Coordinate training initiatives related to safety, conduct, and service standards.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and client teams to reduce risk.
