Job summary

Fontainebleau Development seeks an enterprise-wide Corporate Safety Director to design and oversee a comprehensive health and safety program for all US properties, including hotel, casino, and real estate development operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will align with Risk Management, Security, Legal, HR, and Claims to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, or closely related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive occupational health and safety leadership experience.
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, or large-scale property management preferred.
• Proven track record with Gaming Commission safety requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs across all Fontainebleau properties.
• Ensure OSHA, Gaming Commission, and local regulatory compliance.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments; drive corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with Risk Management, Legal, HR, Security, and Claims on safety initiatives.
• Design and deliver safety training for all staff levels, including gaming-floor and construction teams.
• Oversee contractor and vendor safety compliance programs.
