Job summary

Verizon Connect is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams to develop value propositions for our platform and conduct technical presentations to clients. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of our solutions, working closely with Sales and Global Customer Success leadership.

You bring extensive Customer Success and/or Sales experience in the Enterprise and Mid-Market space, a strong technical acumen, and in-depth knowledge of SaaS technologies

Qualifications

5+ years of Technical Sales, Direct sales experience or Account Support experience.
Experience in Enterprise and/or Mid-Market account growth.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional initiatives and technical account support.

Responsibilities

Advocating for the customer using a deep understanding of their systems, business priorities and strategic direction.
Handling daily operations to ensure the delivered performance and services match customer needs.
Consulting with clients on challenges with their systems to deliver operational improvements and a tailored customer experience.
Collaborating with sales and GCS leadership to expand strategic customer opportunities.
You'll support Enterprise and Mid-Market sales and GCS teams and stay current on Verizon Connect products.
