Paycom is seeking an experienced Sales Representative in New York City to drive market expansion for our HR software solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging C-suite executives, and building a robust pipeline in a fast-paced B2B/SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in business or professional selling.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; this role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B sales and handling complex processes across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closed deal.
• Engage with C-suite decision-makers to demonstrate Paycom's HR software value.
• Build and manage pipelines through proactive prospecting and follow-through.
• Develop expertise in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy.
• Travel required — includes overnight travel.
