Job summary

Ramp is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to establish and nurture partnerships with Enterprise & Public Sector prospects. You will be the primary technical liaison for conversations with Fortune 500 and government vertical targets, building trust and confidence through expert demonstrations and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture in fintech/SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise accounting and finance workflows.
• Extensive API integrations, SFTP, and customization of solutions.
• Proven ability to influence executives and present virtually or in person.
• Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Finance/Accounting.
• Familiarity with IdPs, HRIS, and ERP systems in end-to-end processes.
• Expertise in accounting systems and controllership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced startup.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset for rapid-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized demos to Enterprise prospects with tailored environments.
• Design bespoke enterprise solutions for Fortune 500s and government agencies.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Partners to advocate for integration development.
• Showcase accounting features via demos and workflow illustrations, highlighting Ramp’s value.
• Develop tailored solutions based on integration and configuration options.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales in advanced technical implementations.
• Evaluate customer requirements for new opportunities; run RFPs and ROI analyses.
• Maintain technical assets and an internal knowledge base of use cases.
