EvolutionIQ is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our platform for enterprise clients within Client Services. The role involves managing complex implementations and serving as a trusted partner to client executives, guiding projects from kickoff through go-live and steady-state support.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years in enterprise SaaS, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills to drive successful outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, software implementation or delivery.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders internally and externally.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with leadership experience.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of EvolutionIQ AI products from kickoff to go-live and support.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement and provide status updates.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Services.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as strategic and operational lead.
• Improve deployment playbooks and tooling to scale delivery.
• Oversee data integrations, configurations, and validation processes.
• Drive change management and user adoption for long-term value.
