Job summary

EvolutionIQ is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of our enterprise SaaS platform in New York. You will manage deployments from kickoff through go-live, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Services, and serve as the trusted advisor to client executives.

The role emphasizes project leadership, stakeholder management, and data oversight in a fast-growing, regulated industry. Competitive compensation includes bonus and RSUs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or client-facing delivery roles within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Strong experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders (internal and external).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in leading executive discussions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Deployment of EvolutionIQ AI Products from kickoff to go-live and transition to steady-state support.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: primary contact for client leaders, providing updates and driving alignment.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: create plans, timelines, and milestones; identify risks and mitigate.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Services to implement solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: build trusted client relationships as strategic advisor and operational lead.
• Process & Playbook Development: improve deployment methodologies and tools for scalable delivery.
• Data & Technical Oversight: manage data integrations, configurations, and UAT; ensure alignment with client goals.
• Change Management & Adoption: drive readiness, training, and adoption to realize value.
