Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to expand our presence across the U.S. You'll build on existing partnerships, drive new customer acquisition, and accelerate adoption of our enterprise solutions.

We are looking for a consultative seller with at least 5 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in construction tech.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Build SmartEquip's brand presence across the U.S.
• Generate new business through networking and strategic partnerships.
• Lead complex consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain strong account health and ensure smooth transitions from signed agreements.
