Job summary

Scale AI in San Francisco seeks an experienced Revenue Operations Manager for Enterprise GTM to own the measurement layer of our go-to-market engine, defining what enters the pipeline, what converts, and why across enterprise accounts. This is an individual contributor role with broad executive visibility.

You will own enterprise dashboards, standardize core metrics, and drive the cadence of reviews across finance, sales, and leadership.

Qualifications

• > 8 years of revenue/sales operations or similar in a high-growth B2B SaaS/AI context.
• > Fluency in Salesforce reporting and at least one BI tool.
• > Comfort with SQL against data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks).
• > Deep enterprise sales understanding and MEDDIC-like framework experience.
• > Track record of delivering actionable dashboards used by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise reporting layer across GTM and verticals.
• Define single metric definitions and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Lead weekly/MBR/QBR cadence and board reporting.
• Build self-serve dashboards for vertical leaders and partnerships.
• Diagnose and advise on capacity, headcount, and pipeline allocation.
