Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for Enterprise GTM to own the measurement layer of our go-to-market engine.

You will define metrics, own dashboards, and report to the VP of Enterprise GTM, with broad visibility across healthcare and life sciences, financial services, TMT and energy, and public sector. You will build real-time visuals, establish a single source of truth, run weekly reviews, and partner with GTM engineering to automate reporting and leverage AI for faster

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue/sales ops or similar, at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI company.
• Fluent Salesforce reporting with real-world dashboards.
• Expertise in enterprise sales processes and MEDDIC framework.
• Strong SQL and BI tool experience; builds analyses themselves.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, velocity, and plan attainment.
• Define a single source of truth for core metrics and defend it.
• Report bookings, revenue, and consumption with clear bridges.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews, forecasts, and board reporting.
• Create self-serve views for vertical leaders and cross-functional teams.
