Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. seeks an Analyst to join the Enterprise Customer Care Reporting & Analytics team, bridging business needs with data-driven solutions and turning complex data into clear insights.

You will partner with Enterprise Customer Care leaders and cross-functional partners to define metrics, analyze performance, and ensure stakeholders have access to accurate information to support decision-making, using Snowflake, Sigma, Power BI, SSMS, SQL, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Experience defining and documenting metrics and reporting requirements for stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance trends, patterns, and key drivers to identify meaningful insights and opportunities to improve customer experience and operations.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
• Partner with Enterprise Customer Care leaders and cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, and document reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop understanding of Customer Care operations and the metrics used to measure experience, service levels, productivity, quality, and performance.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting across Enterprise Customer Care.
• Define and document data requirements, business rules, transformation logic, and mapping for reporting.
