Flow Control Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales organization through Salesforce CRM administration, reporting, data analysis, and operational support.

The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience creating Salesforce.com reports and dashboards, along with strong experience using Power BI, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools to analyze sales data and drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience creating Salesforce.com reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred.
• Experience supporting sales organizations across multiple divisions or units.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Proficient with BI/tools such as Power BI, Access, SQL, Tableau, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce.com reports and dashboards to support sales leadership and field teams.
• Analyze sales, customer, pipeline, activity, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide reporting and analytic support across divisions, ensuring consistent processes and data management.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain reporting using Power BI, Access, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other BI platforms.
• Assist with data validation, cleansing, analysis, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
