1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Reporting & Analytics to support our Enterprise Customer Care organization. You will build dashboards, troubleshoot reporting issues, and translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with BI tools, and a data detective mindset. You will work with Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake, collaborating with leadership across Customer Care.

Qualifications

• Proven SQL skills and experience building or maintaining dashboards/reports.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring reports ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot reporting, dashboard, and table-update issues.
• Build new dashboards and enhance existing ones based on business needs.
• Use SQL to query, investigate, and analyze data.
• Develop dashboards primarily within Sigma and BI tools.
• Work with Snowflake as the data warehouse.
• Investigate discrepancies across reports and data sources.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to explain conflicting metrics.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts and leadership in Enterprise Customer Care.
• Balance recurring reporting with analytics projects.
