Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy and governance.
• Set up controls for design‑build and alternative delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting and change management.
• Develop dashboards and insights on margin, backlog, cash flow and risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms and automation.
• Establish scalable document management and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop talent and build high‑performing teams.
