CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise project controls across a large portfolio of design-build projects. This role will modernize governance, systems, analytics, and talent to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

The ideal candidate has deep AEC project controls leadership, experience with integrated delivery, and will advance digital transformation through platforms, workflows, and AI-enabled forecasting across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience required.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model.
• Establish project controls approaches for design-build and other delivery models; align design, procurement, cost, schedule, risk and commercial controls.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, variance analysis, scheduling, and change management.
