The role focuses on governance, systems, analytics, and talent development to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably, including modernization of platforms and AI-enabled forecasting.

Qualifications

• Leading project controls for large, complex programs or portfolios.
• Experience with integrated design-build or alternative delivery models in the water/municipal sector.
• Experience delivering digital transformation across enterprise platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model.
• Establish project controls approaches for design‑build, CMAR, and other delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop indicators and dashboards for margin, cash flow, and risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Establish scalable document and data controls.
• Collaborate with executives and cross‑functional teams to improve profitability.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of schedulers and cost controllers.
